I understand that the information I give may be verified by FCNC Comelec at any time.
I am aware of and understand the legal duties, responsibilities and time commitments required of being a Director of the Board and I intend to fully comply with those responsibilities and requirements.
If I have any dispute on the result of the election, it will be sent through proper channel as directed by FCNC Comelec. I understand that expressing dispute in any other means or ways will not be acknowledged and may disallow me for future nomination.
I fully intend to accept the position of becoming a Board Member, if elected.
